What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item to the Dastan address: PO Box 14408, Birmingham, B32 9EH. Please be sure to read our Sales Policy for more information.
Are the rugs genuine Persian rugs?

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes we do. Add gift-wrapping to your item upon selection for only £4.99.
Can I see the item before I buy it?
We do our utmost to show our clients high-resolution images of every product. We understand that some of you may like to see the product and so we are happy to meet you for a consultation and to see the product. This service is currently available for clients located in the West Midlands area at an additional cost of £25.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
